Introducing the ability to set a hierarchy of tiers which are part of the customers Loyalty Program. This is an important step required to provide a true tiered loyalty solution where guests can move up or down between programs based on their adherence to criteria set by the customer.

Once the timeframe to reach the threshold to upgrade a tier ends, and the guest has not reach the threshold, the guest must reamin in the same tier or be downgraded on tier.

To achieve Automatic tier movement we need to define how a balance is calculated, what is taken into consideration for a balance qualify the guest to move or remain in the same tier.
