A new Aztec Web Service page will be introduced with the ability to process pre-paid breakfasts from a devices web browser on site, which can be logged against a guests room number and assigned to their account. This includes authenticating users, process breakfast seating, record no shows, reverse breakfasts seating, place order and make payment.

A new POS Integration plugin will allow the Aztec POS communicate with Opera Cloud and Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP). Customers can then allow guests pre-order breakfasts during the reservation steps, which will then be forwarded to the Aztec POS systems. This feature represents the backend framework that will be used by functionality in separate features.

The new Opera Cloud OHIP plugin will support Hotel guests that have been given food/drink allowances to use during their stay, allowing POS users process this information through the Opera Cloud system. Guests that have pre-paid for dinners at the time of their reservation will be supported, allowing POS users to retrieve and reverse a guests dinner packages during their stay.

The National Trust plugin will be enhanced to improve membership search by streamlining the data entry flow. This will allow the process for a forgotten card to be faster and more efficient, by entering all mandatory fields on a single screen.

For the LiveResConnect plugin, this feature will implement changes to ensure that deposits are sent to TMS/Events via LiveResConnect only when the account is closed on the Aztec POS. This is to ensure the deposit information is accurate in TMS and avoids sending if the payment is declined or if an error is made.
