After a transaction is made using the Standard Gift plugin, it will be possible to identify what was paid through the balance and through a discount provided by the site. This will support customers who need to distinguish between payment and discount for finance reporting purposes.

To enhance our Standard Loyalty integration, this feature will support sending basket level promotional data to a 3rd party Loyalty provider. This will allow the 3rd party to understand the promotions were applied, supporting them when deciding what appropriate discount should be applied and return this to the POS for the customer to benefit from.

To enhance our Standard Loyalty integration, this feature will allow rewards to be returned from the 3rd party and auto applied to the POS without need for a user to manually apply them to an order. Users will have the ability to manually remove auto applied rewards from the corrections screen. This enhancement will also inform the 3rd party if the Loyalty was unassigned from an account.

The Zonal Standard Receipt plugin is intended to provide a standardised, generic platform for the POS to send account receipts to 3rd party providers, which allows them to collect transaction and customer data. This offers a feature-set that allows capturing email on the POS and forwarding post ticket data the the 3rd party.

An enhancement to the existing Zonal Hotel Systems plugin, to support Hotels that do not have a front desk and would like the ability to run their operations from another space, including their bar or restaurant. This will allow guests to check in / check out from the EPOS till. This includes the ability to display room details on check out and a button to print invoice when requested.

Enhancement to the existing Zonal Hotel Systems POS Integration plugin, that will support sites that want to perform room balance payments, partial payments and payment reversals via the EPOS till. This also helps customers who check in or check out from the POS in a restaurant or bar area, instead of a device in the hotel reception.

Enhancement to the existing Zonal Hotels Systems plugin that will include itemised room postings with the price of item (without promos). This provides a better breakdown in the Hotels system receipt, improved visibility on each item and what was paid for.

To enhance our Standard Loyalty integration, this feature will allow the customers to set an Aztec Open discount type and allow the 3rd party Loyalty provider apply a discount type per each individual item or product. A second line of description will be introduced to allow the 3rd party define details of the Open discount when applying rewards.

To support customers with specific Loyalty solutions, the Standard Loyalty plugin will be updated to include payment card token data in the ticket data for 3rd party Loyalty providers to consume. This includes Verifone Payment Token, allowing them to understand the each transaction with more detail and use this information to allocate points and rewards from their 3rd party Loyalty provider.

This enhancement to Standard Loyalty supports customers who want to understand every transaction made from the POS, when a users Loyalty is assigned an not assigned. This change allows sites to it configure settings to send ticket data after every closed transaction for the 3rd party Loyalty providers to consume.

The National Trust member search performed on the POS will be simplified by reducing the number of fields that must be currently entered, allowing members to be found on the system efficiency. This change removes the need to enter First Name, allowing them to only enter Last Name, Date of birth and postcode. This supports sites that have queues of customers waiting to be checked in and improves the experience by reducing wait times.

Enhancement to the DRS Loyalty plugin, including moving the Bonus Pay button from the till screen to the DRS GUI. Reporting changes are also required to ensure membership ID is captured in the ZBS export.

Improve Customer experience for the Savvy Gift Card Pos Integration plugin, by removing TIP references from receipts when not configured for a payment method. This is to ensure receipts appear accurate and not mislead customers.

Feature to update from the existing SOAP API to the new REST API for the Savvy (Card Commerce) Pos Integration plugin. This is to future proof the plugin and ensure it communicates on an API that is supported.

This feature will implement changes to ensure that deposits are sent to TMS/Events via LiveResConnect only when the account is closed on the Aztec POS. This is to ensure the information is not sent if the payment is declined or if an error is made.
