We’re improving how our Events system connects with Aztec to make sure all booking and payment information stays perfectly in sync. This means hosts will always see accurate, up-to-date details, with fewer issues or delays. It’s all about creating a smoother, more reliable experience. This feature will be moving all the Reservations settings into Events to allow customers to start migrating over and will remove the need to configure in Reservations.

Currently, if the new party size exceeds the capacity of any available table (e.g., increasing from 12 to 13 covers where the largest table seats 12), it may lead to the booking being unallocated from a table.To help hosts manage bookings confidently, we want to ensure they are alerted whenever there's no suitable table available. That way, you can take the right steps to adjust or inform the guest, ensuring every booking is always allocated properly.

We are making it easier to track different card payments made in Events being sent to Aztec. You can now set up multiple payment method IDs and link them to specific card types (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, Amex). This means better visibility, simpler reporting, and more flexibility in how you manage payments.

We will be improving the Guest Experience when making a booking via our Widget or Booking Form. When searching for timeslots, you’ll now see a clear ‘Loading Timeslots’ message so you know the system is still fetching results — preventing confusion.

We will be improving the guest experience when you edit a booking, the calendar will now open to the month of your booking — so you can quickly see and make changes without having to scroll to the right month.

Minor UI enhancement to the user warning when opening the Pre-Order for pre-orders. This release will include additional messaging to check more settings.
